Clean up evaluated reviews

Keep evaluated MP4s, feedback timestamps, and subtitle text. Permanently remove the selected reviews’ working video copies, recordings, and thumbnails.

Reusable library clips, media needed by other reviews, and original files outside the app are kept. Cleaned reviews become read-only. Cleanup cannot be undone.

No reviews are ready for cleanup. Finish and export a review first. Older exports need to be exported again to verify the current feedback.
